What is Dunbar?
Dunbar is a friendship management app designed for people with ADHD (and anyone who finds it hard to stay in touch). It helps you organize your friends into circles, plan hangouts, and get gentle reminders to reach out — without the guilt.
Why the name "Dunbar"?
It's named after Dunbar's number — the idea that humans can maintain about 150 stable relationships. We help you focus on the ones that matter most to you.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored securely with encryption, and we never sell your information. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my account?
Absolutely. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. All your data will be removed within 30 days.
Does Dunbar access my contacts or calendar?
Only if you give permission. Contact and calendar data is used locally on your device to help you add friends and schedule hangouts. It's never uploaded to our servers.
Is Dunbar free?
Dunbar is currently free to use while in early access. We'll always let you know before introducing any paid features.
